2022 has been a big year for the Liverpool Health and Academic project team. Despite some La Niña hurdles, we’ve seen great progress on the first stage of the redevelopment project during the past 12 months – from the initial sod turn to the pouring of the first concrete slab, community and staff can now see the building grow and take shape over the hoarding wall. We also said goodbye to our first tower crane, Celsus, that helped build the new seven-storey car park and welcomed, Binyang, our 52-metre tower crane helping to construct the first hospital building. The project team will continue to engage with community groups and key stakeholders in 2023!
