Opening date revealed for Liverpool Hospital’s new car park

Liverpool Hospital’s new car park will open to staff, patients and the community on Thursday 15 September from 6am.

From this time, the former P2 car park off Campbell Street will permanently close and will no longer be accessible. It will be replaced with the new P2 car park, see map below.

Access to the new P2 car park will be via the spiral ramp off Burnside Drive.

Key information:

• Visitors will be required to use the new P2 car park for hospital parking, accessible between 6am to 10pm daily, via Burnside Drive.
• Pedestrian access from the car park to the hospital will be via Entrance J, open 24 hours.
• P3 car park remains available for public parking, accessible between 6am to 10pm daily, via Burnside Drive.

• Drop-off areas will remain available at Entrances L and N off Campbell Street during entrance opening hours. Entrance J drop-off is available 24 hours
• Please allow extra travel time for appointments when parking at the hospital.
