International Women's Day
International women's day
In recognition of International Women’s Day, celebrated annually on 8 March, we wanted to put the spotlight on some of the many women who make up our redevelopment project team!
Women represent just over 50 per cent of the team and offer a range of skillsets – from leadership and stakeholder engagement to design, commissioning, procurement, communications and clinical redesign – greatly complementing the broader project team.
Above: Members of the project team representing the local health district who are responsible for change management, communications, project management, procurement and a range of other key areas that help ensure the project team, builders and hospital staff work together effectively and that all project timelines are kept on track.
